(Posted on 10/13/2016)The first whiff of this Cabernet Sauvignon has currants with notes of oak, minerals, clove and olive in the nose. On the palate there is fruit flavors of currants, berries and black plums, with a hint of dark chocolate. Balanced and bright, yet supple in the mouth.
Great with a multiple of grilled meats, pastas, and food that calls out for a full bodied wine.
Winemaking: Each lot was punched Cap fermented and barrel aged for 36 months in selected French Oak barrels and then blended just a few weeks before bottling.
Production: 450 Cases
